Description

NA This is a modification to previous solicitation. It is the Government's intent to provide for full and open competition. The following supplemental information is provided to offerors: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intend to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for 47 each Fluke One Touch Series II 10/100, Product #1TS2100. Requirements are FOB Destination. The items are to be shipped to the following address: U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Transportation Officer Bldg 8022 (DODAAC: W80FJD) Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898 All items are to be delivered within 30 days after contract award. Quotes are due on 31 March 2003, not later than 4:30p.m. addressed to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, DAAH01-03-T-0530, Attn: AMSAM-AC-SM-C, Building 5303, Martin Road, Dorphelia B. Wherry, Redstone, Arsenal, AL. 35898-5280 Reference to numbered note 22 is rescinded. Offerors who fail to furnish the required representations and certifications or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Vendors shall provide supporting documentation and/or product literature to show compliance with the stated requirements. Supporting documentation shall be provided as evidence of technical compliance. Award will be made to the technically acceptable/lowest price offeror.
