Description

NA The dredge will be used to maintain various harbors in the Memphis District at any point on the Mississippi River between Wickliffe, Kentucky (Mile 952 AHP), and Greenville, Mississippi (Mile 537 AHP), which includes Hickman, Kentucky; New Madrid, Missouri ; Caruthersville, Missouri; Osceola, Arkansas; Memphis, Tennessee; and Helena, Arkansas. The dredge shall be not less than 27-inch I.D. discharge and have a manufacturer?s horsepower rating for continuous operation of not less than 3,900 brake horsepower. Dredges larger than 27-inch will be considered, but the estimated output will be based on the quantity shown for a 27-inch dredge. The estimated cost range of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominate in the field of operating in which it is bidding on Government contr acts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $17,000,000.00, or other criteria as prescribed by the Small Business Administration. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation a re classified in NAICS 237990 and Standard Industrial Classification Code 1629.
