- NA The work consists of clearing and grubbing, constructing compacted fill levee embankment, partial demolition of existing structures and removal of components thereto, placing reinforcement geotextile, constructing foreshore rock dike protection, placing su rfacing material on the levee crown, fertilizing, seeding and mulching, and all other incidental work thereto. Work is estimated to cost between $500,000 and $5,000,000. IFB/CD will be issued on or about April 7, 2003. This is an UNRESTRICTED procuremen t.
