The US Army Corps of Engineers-Alaska District intends to issue a sole source solicitation for Cons truction Phase Services in Support of the Mission Training Support Facility at Ft Wainwright, Alaska to RIM/KPB Joint Venture Architects, the designer of the project. The proposed contract action is to provide Construction Phase Services which include, but not limited to, submittal review, answering contractor Design Clarification Verification Requests (DCVRs), site visits, specialized inspections, participation in commissioning, partnering activities, cost estimating, design modifications, and other relate d construction assurance efforts. Numbered note 22.
