NA PROJECT TITLE: IDIQ Contract, Maintenance Dredging, Sacramento and Stockton Deep Water Ship Channels, Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties, California. This procurement is Unrestricted. JOB DESCRIPTION: This is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantit y contract for a Base Year and Two Option Years. The Not-to-Exceed dollar amount per year is $4.0 Million. Work includes mobilization, demobilization, dredging, operation and maintenance of upland dredge disposal areas, and water quality monitoring alon g the Sacramento and Stockton Deep Water Ship Channels, Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties, California. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $17.0 Million. Large businesses co mpeting for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 57.2% for Small Business, 8.9% for Small Disadvantaged Business, 8.1% for Woman-Owned Small Business, 3.0% for Hubzone Small Business, and 3.0% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested pers ons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Gover nment?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
