- NA The Government intends to negotiate a commercial firm fixed price supplies for Federal, Legal supply, West Justice Reporter Advance Sheets and Bounds Volumes. This requirement is a base year plus four option years. The applicable SIC Code is 8748 and NAIS C Code is 611710. The applicable size standard is 500. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 and FAR 6.302-1. West Publishing Corporation. West Publishing Corporation, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten da ys after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. See note 22. Solicitation is due to be issued 11 April 2003 and close on 25 April 2003 noon. Interested sources may download a copy of the solicitation in FedBizOpps and the DOC Webpage (http://www.lee.army.mil.doc).
