- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation with the statement of work will be available upon request. This solicitation, number N00259-03-T-0041, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-12. This is a NON-PERSONAL SERVICE solicitation issued in accordance with FAR 12 & 13. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: ONE DATA COORDINATOR in accordance with the statement of work. Quantity: 1200 hours. Not to exceed 30 hours a week. Period of performance: 27 March 2003 ? 31 December 2003. Place of performance: Naval Medical Center San Diego. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a Masters degree in nursing (preffered) and five years of clinical experience OR a baccalaureate degree in nursing and five years of clinical experience in nursing. Experience in clinical nursing research (preffered, but optional). Required licenses, certification or registration: Current licensed registered nurse and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS). JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing accurate and timely collection and reporting of data for the MEDTEAMS research project as well as maintenance of the study database for the duration of the study. Responsibilities will include coaching and teaching MEDTEMPS concepts.
