Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source modification to contract N00019-02-C-3059 with Harris Corporation, Government Communications Systems Division, P.O. Box 37, Melbourne, FL 32902-0037, for obsolescence management and material to sustain the current Tactical Aircraft Moving Map Capability Digital Map Computer (DMC) design configuration through the Lot 4 production build. Harris Corporation is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the TAMMAC DMC and is, therefore, the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment and experience to fulfill this requirement.
