- DETAILED DESCRIPTION SPECIFICATION #1 The contractor shall remove the existing cooler, following the procedure outlined in the manufacturer?s Installation, Start-up, and Service Instructions. This Instruction shall be provided at the site visit. Prior to removals the contractor shall recover any residual refrigerant left in the chiller cooler. The contractor shall provide and install a new chiller cooler unit to include heat tape and insulation. The existing unit is a Carrier model # 30GT060610KA Serial # 4996F43287. SPECIFICATION #2 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Remove the existing 15 ton air cooled water chiller at building 608, and replace with a new 15 ton air cooled water chiller provided by the government. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSESS. NACIS CODE IS 235110.
