- Solicitation N62836-03-Q-2213. RFQ due date: 30 April 03. The following vehicles will be purchased to administrative use by the U.S. Government in transporting personnel/cargo. Requirement for warranty services in Japan. RFQ issue date o/a 31 March 03. Delivery requirements: 60 days from date of each order for items 0001 thru 004 and 90 days from date of each order for items 0005 and 0006; FOB destination. Vehicle/Equipment and furnished accessories shall comply with Japanese Motor Vehicle Safety Standard in effect on the date of manufacture. Item 0001 - Three (3) Truck, Cargo Pickup, compact gasoline engine driven, automatic transmission, air conditioning, right hand drive, 4X2, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for Item 0001, and manufacture?s standard accessories. Item 0002 ? Four (4) Truck, Cargo Pickup 4X2, 4 door, 6 passenger, right hand drive, air conditioning, gasoline engine driven, drop three (3) side of cargo bed, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for Item 0002, and manufacture?s standard accessories. Item 0003 ? Thirteen (13) Truck, panel, forward control, 4X2, 5 door, 2/5 or 3/6 passenger, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven, automatic transmission, air conditioning, windows all sides, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for Item 0003 and manufacture?s standard accessories. Item 0004 ? Two (2) Truck, Cargo Pickup, 4X4, 4 door, 5 passenger, crew cab, right hand drive, air conditioning, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for item 0004 and manufacture?s standard accessories. Item 0005 ? One (1) Truck, Dry Van, aluminum van body, roll-up rear doors, 4X2, right hand drive, minimum 2.5 ton loading capacity, hydraulic tailgate and air conditioning, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for Item 0005, and manufacture?s standard accessories. Item 0006 ? One (1) Truck, Cargo, 4X2, right hand drive, nimimum 5 ton loading capacity, drop 5 sides of flat cargo bet with aluminum cargo bed sides panels, and other optional accessories specified in the Government specification for Item 0006, and manufacture?s standard accessories. The item under this procurement is subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
