- Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure 4 ea 3.3x4.5 meter Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders, 28 ea 3.3x6.5 meter Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders, and 4 ea 3.3x10.5 meter Hydro Pneumatic Rubber Fenders, all with option quantities. This procurement will be solicited using test procedures in FAR SubPart 13.5 for certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is 100% Small business Set-Aside. Solicitation can be downloaded from FEDBIZOPPS or NECO.navy. mil on or after 28 March 2003. All questions must be in writing, and no telephone request will be accepted. See Note 1.
