- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Paper Williamsburg or Equivalent Offset cut to 21? X 24.8? 50 pound white smooth (pallized with 10,000 sheets per skid), NOTE: package must be mark with Bureau of Engraving and Printing part no. 1LP000919, number of sheet per package, and number of sheets per skid and purchase order, BEP is request a sample of paper from vendors. Quantity is: 1000,000 SH. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1) the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 322121, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Quotations are due March 26, 2003 by 2:30 P.M. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Procurement, Attn; Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Room 708-A Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-3135.
