Description

The government has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the Peachtree Summit Federal Building. This is a performance based contract. The term of the contract is 12 months with (4) four additional 12 month option periods. The estimated start date is June 1, 2003. The estimated cost range is $1 million per annum. This procurement is Competitive HUB-Zone Set-Aside (FAR 19-1305). The NAICS Code is 561720. Release of information on the current contract does not require a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
