Description: The National Gallery of Art has the requirement for maintenance and repair servcies for various conveyance systems, including elevators, wheelchair lifts, escalators, and moving walkways. The contract will be a firm fixed price arrangement. The contract will include a base period and four option years. The evaluation factors for award will include past performance of similar types of work. The Gallery reserves the right to issue multiple awards for this requirement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about March 31, 2003.
