- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, USZA96-03-Q-1001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The associated NAICS code is 336999 and small business size standard is 500. Line Item 0001 ? Labor and material to provide portable mobility enhancement systems (PMES) for NSW Rib IAW USMI ECP 101. FOB Destination to SBT20, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as well as FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
