Description

This ammendment is being issued to correct the Classification Code from 99--Miscellaneous to S--Service, and to change the Set Aside from 100% Small Business Set Aside to HUBZone small business concern. All other information remain unchanged. This is for custodial services at Hybla Valley Federal Building, located at 6801 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Virginia. This is set aside for HUBZone Small Business concern. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Base year and Four (1) year option. Release of solicitation will be on or about 15 January 2003. The RFP will be issued electronically. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it directly to their workstation. Hard copies of the RFP will not be mailed to contractors.
