Installed conservation practices shall be inspected to insure that work was performed in accordance with the approved design. The contractor shall actively communicate with other Federal, State and local agencies and with non-governmental conservation organizations to foster coordination in joint efforts to preserve and protect natural resources. The contractor will prepare and conduct conservation education programs to the public in which NRCS goals, policies, and programs are presented.
