- Presolicitation Announcement for IFB 646-20-03 is amended as follows: Solicitation issue date is changed from February 28, 2003 to March 17, 2003. Solicitation will be available that date to interested parties through electronic data interchange at the following URL's: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ for downloading FREE of charge. It is hightly recommended that interested parties complete the solicitation mailing list on the website before downloading the solicitation. Hard copy requests must be submitted in writing to the above address and accompanied by a non-refundable check for $16.00 made out to the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available ONLY at the website. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments from the website. Contact va.bos.adm@mail.va.gov/ regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. The date for responses is changed from March 12, 2003 @ 3:00 PM to March 27, 2003 @ 3:00 PM. All other information remains the same.
