Description

The principal features of the work include: 1) Construct ventilated concrete control house; 20 Furnish and install a 48-inch diameter jet flow gate and hydraulic controls; 3) Remove and dispose of approximately 100 linear feet of 54-inch diameter steel pipe; 4) Furnish and install 54-inch diameter steel pipe and 66-inch diameter stainless steel pipe; 5) Remove existing coatings containing lead and other heavy metals; 6) Furnish and apply protective coatings to the interior and exterior surfaces of the existing and new 54-inch steel pipe; 7) Construct reinforced concrete masonry unit propane house; 8) Remove existing electrical equipment, associated cable, and wood poles; 9) Furnish and install complete electrical system for gate control, lighting, and ventilation; 10) Provide engine-generator, propane tank, and automatic transfer switch. The estimated price range of the work is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The 2002 NAICS Code is 237990.
