- NAICS code for this acquisition is 235610. GSA Project No. RMT05524, Roof Replacement, Federal Building/Courthouse, 400 North Main Street, Butte, MT. Project work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of the existing roof system, installation of SBS Modified Bituminous roofing system using cold mastic application method, installation of roofing accessories, access stairs and ladder, removal and reinstallation of associated rooftop equipment, repair of existing primary roof drain system. Roofing system requires a Class "A" fire rating. Roofing assembly shall be designed to withstand high wind exposure. Wind uplift rating: Minimum FM 1-90. Preferred: FM 1-120. Requires a minimum 20-year, No Dollar Limit warranty. Qualified contractors shall be certified by an approved roofing manufacturer to install manufacturer's product and is eligible to receive manufacturer's warranty. The estimated magnitude of the project is $250,000 - $500,000. This action is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $12.0 Million. The Request for Proposal will be available o/a March 29, 2003. Proposals will be due o/a April 29, 2003. The solicitation will only be issued via FedBizOps.gov. Drawings will be mailed under separate cover. All prospective offerors will be required to sign a GSA Document Security Notice prior to mailing of project drawings.
