Description

The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, South Rim, has identified a requirement for Solid Waste Disposal. The awarded contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to receive and transport solid waste from Grand Canyon to approved landfill. The method of consolidation must be able to receive solid waste from 66,000 GVW front load trash compactor, ten ton trash compactor, five ton trash compactor trailer, pick up trucks and dump trucks. Although the vast majority of dumping will occur Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM there must be provisions for dumping on weekends. We collect garbage 365 days a year.
