Description
6135-01-106-5542; Ice Buoy Battery, 320 ampere hours, operating voltage; 12 volts DC nominal. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, 13 lots to various Coast Guard destinations within the United States, a total estimated quantity of 387each (per year). All to be made in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard ELC Specification P-313-0255 dated February 2001 and applicable Drawing #120982 Rev.D which will be provided with the solicitation package. Competitive Negotiation Procedures will be utilized and award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable proposal and award will be made on an ALL OR NONE basis. Individual Delivery Orders will be issued for each year?s requirements and delivery shall be made NOT LATER THAN 1 OCTOBER but NOT SOONER THAN 1 SEPTEMBER. NOTE: QUALIFIED PRODUCT REQUIRED. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
