- Correction: Response date for RFP is 4:30 p.m. MST on 4/4/03, see Amendment 02. The purpose of this project is to provide physician services for the students at the Trapper Creek Job Corps Center, Ravalli County, Darby, Montana. Job Corps offers young adults academic, vocational, and life skills training through a unique approach of competency-based, individualized instruction. The physician shall provide medical services at the Center approximately one day per week. Physician shall meet Montana state licensing, and professional qualification requirements. Contract shall be for a base year (4/1/2003-3/31/2004) and four (4) possible option years. All responsible sources may submit an quote which will be considered.
