Description: The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisitions, intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to CONGRESSIONAL QUARTERLY, 1414 22ND STREET, NW, WASHINGTON, DC for Congressional Quarterly Online Legislative Tracking and Congressional News Service. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. CONGRESSIONAL QUARTERLY has been determined to be the only reasonably priced device of its type to be able to meet the Bureau of Consular Affairs specifications.
