Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is for the procurement of a 1- Year TurboPrep Maintenance which includes: Unlimited Licenses ? SOCOM only, Deployed Forces Air & Ground updates, Patches and Versions 1-888 Phone Support, Web Support, 5 SOCOM Specific Modifications, JITC 2003 USMTF database, USMTF-XML 2003 Capability, and Period of Maintenance 1 year annual. As authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ). NAICS code 541519, Size Standard $21 million. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, and 252.225-7001.
