Description

NA The purpose of this synopsis is to conduct market research on potential sources for a future acquisition of Organizational Maintenance services at Fort Richardson and Fort Wainwright, Alaska. It is anticipated the following services will be required: The s ervice provider shall provide quality, comprehensive, organizational vehicle maintenance from 0730-1600, Monday ? Friday, excluding federal holidays. A. Maintenance operations normally assigned to organizational maintenance include the following: (1) Perfo rmance of Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services. (2) Inspections by sight and touch of external and other easily accessible components per the TM 10- and 20-series. (3) Lubrication, cleaning, preserving (to include spot painting), tightening, replacem ent, and minor adjustments authorized by the Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC). (4) Diagnosis and fault isolation as authorized by the MAC. (5) Replacement of unserviceable parts, modules, and assemblies as authorized by the MAC. (6) Requisition, receipt, storage, and issue of repair parts. (7) Verification of faults and level of repair of unserviceable materiel prior to evacuation. (8) Accomplishment of all tasks required by the Army Oil Analysis Program. In addition to the regulatory guidance in this pub lication, doctrinal and technical guidance for unit level maintenance operations is found in DA Pam 750-35 and DA Pam 750-1 .
