Description

NA Requirements Type Contract for Miscellaneous Water Treatment Chemicals for delivery to Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 21 April 2003 through 20 April 2004 with four one-year option periods. Estimated annual quantity of 539,000 pounds of aluminum sul fate, 24,000 pounds of sulfur dioxide gas, 28,000 pounds of chlorine gas in 150-pound cylinders, 60,000 pounds of chlorine gas in one-ton cylinders. NAICS for this requirement is 325188. Solicitation to be posted on Fort Knox homepage website at http://kno x-www.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or around 27 March 2003, with an antiticipated response date of 16 April 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to th is website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
