Description
NA The NH Air National Guard has a requirement to lease compact sedans and mini vans for a period of up to one year. Our immediate funded requirement is 14 sedans and 12 mini vans for a 30 day period. We are contemplating an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity for a one year period starting no later than 31 March 2003. The contractor will provide all necessary maintenance on the vehicles with no additional cost to the Government. If maintenance performed exceeds an unreasonable time to the Government, the contractor will provide a suitable vehicle substitute. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Thi s announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% small business set aside with a NAICS code of 532111 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The prov ision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies; the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies; specific evaluation criteria are (i) price, (ii) past performance and (iii) technical capability of the item off ered to meet Government requirements. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are of less weight than price in evaluation of offers. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and C ertifications-Commercial Items, with their offers. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Com mercial Items, applies to this acquisition; the following FAR provisions and clauses cited in 52.212-5 apply: FAR 52.225-1, 52.232-33, 52.222-41.
