PRON: AX3F0232AX , NSN: 4320-01-285-3019, PN: 70351-08144-103, Quantity: 228 each minimum/1128 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 28 each 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month therea fter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615 and Lear Romec Division, Crane Co., 241 South Abbe Road, Elyria, OH 44036. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing sou rce(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item de scribed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to complete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Req uirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not c lose prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for re lease outside the United States.
