Description: NA Procurement of 520 each M77 Self-destruct Fuze (SDF) assemblies on goverment furnished M77 Grenade bodies. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated for award. The North Atlantic Industry Classification System Code is 332992. The request for pro posal (RFP) will be issued on a sole source basis to Alliant Precision Fuze Company. These SDFs will be tested against the fuzes of other companies to determine the fuze that best meets the requirement of the International Campaign to Ban Land Mines and re sultant Ottawa Convention. The anticipated contract award date is scheduled for May/Jun 03. See note 26.
