- THIS MODIFICATION IS POSTED TO CORRECT THE CLASSIFICATION FOR THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THE NOTICE SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS X-LEASE OR RENTAL OF FACILITIES AND HAS BEEN REPOSTED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER 2MS0127B. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 12,567 rentable square feet yielding 10,928 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Greenwood, Mississippi. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Greenwood, Mississippi within the following delineated area: From River Road South on Dewey to Church, East on Church to Cotton, South on Cotton to Johnson, East on Johnson to Fulton and South on Fulton to Palace; East on Palace to Main, North on Main to Gibbs. East on Gibbs to George, North on George to Johnson, East on Johnson to Lamar and North on Lamar to Pearl; East on Pearl to McLemore, North on McLemore to Market. West on Market to Main, North on Main to River Road and West on River Road to Dewey; From River Road North on Fulton to Grand Blvd; West on Park Avenue to Walnut Street. North on Walnut to West Barton and back to Park Avenue; West on Park Avenue to Medallion. North on Medallion stopping at Corine and returning to Park Avenue; West on Park to Frontage Road and West to Yalobusha, North on Yalobusha, West on Huron, South on Tallahatchie and East on Frontage Road to Park Avenue. Note: A map demonstrating the delineated area is available upon request. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
