Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial professional services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number DABJ05-03-T-0201. The requirement is for IT services in support of environmental restoration programs for a twelve-month period of performance. The services are in support of the Army Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) under the Army Environmental Database Restoration Module, an environmental restoration data collection tool and database developed by the US Army Environmental Center. The services include the understanding of MMRP systems design, software life cycle management (LCM), implementation and operation; and maintenance (O&M). The labor categories include: Senior Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Analyst, Programmer, and Help Desk Technician. A complete scope of work is available and may be obtained upon request by contacting the contract specialist listed below. Competition shall be among GSA Schedules for IT Services under the SIN #132-51, NAICS 541519. FOB: Dest ination. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Location is Onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Offerors must submit a proposed beginning performance schedule. FAR Part 13.5 purchase orders using simplified acquisition proced ures apply to this acquisition. Offers include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, and Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
