Description

NA Revised Statement of Work/Specifications: Cameras and monitors shall provide the observers in the viewing locations real-time surveillance of the areas under observation. Areas to be observed are depicted in still photographs. Viewing locations are designated on the CAD drawings. Viewing locatio ns are Control Desk Rm 118, Office Rm 107 and Office Rm 208. The surveillance images shall be of sufficient size and detail to allow observers to ascertain the specific activity of all patrons in the areas under observation. Equipment (cameras, monitors, control, power, etc.) must not interfere with normal activities being conducted in the facility and shall not pose a hazard to patrons or staff. Exact equipment placement should be proposed, but may be relocated to other compa rable nearby locations at the time of installation by the Installation Sports Director. Cameras shall be mounted as unobtrusively as possible and monitors shall permit observers to view the images while performing routine functions. Cabling shall be in conduit or above suspended ceilings where available, and in contractor installed raceways in locations where no other method is possible. Raceways shall match the surface to which mounted. Cable type shall match the space within which it is being extended (plenum, non-plenum, etc.) All images shall be capable of being recorded and archived for a minimum of 92 hours, at which time the earliest images shall be automatically overwritten by new images. Conduits and raceways that are surface mounted on finished walls and trim shall be painted to match the existing surface. MAB Paint manufacturer numbers are provided.
