Facilitate monthly follow-on Partnering Workshops for DPW&L outsourced contractor and government personnel. Contractor to provide all preparation, workshop handbooks, and facilitation for a series of one day workshops for a six month period, tentativel y scheduled May 7, 2003; Jun 4, 2003; Jul 9, 2003; Aug 6, 2003; Sep 3, 2003; and Oct 8, 2003. These to be followed by two quarterly one day follow-on workshops during the first two quarters following Oct 03. Initial partnering workshop has taken place and a partnering agreement has already been established. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemen t constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
