Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE) is seeking firms or individuals interested in providing scheduled routine maintenance service of HVAC equipment at the DHS/BICE Aguadilla Service Processing Center located at 505 Gun Road, Ramey, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico 00603. Period of performance will include a base period of 6/1/2003 through 5/31/2004, plus three (3) possible one-year option periods. Offerors must provide quotes for all years requested in order to be considered fully responsive. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation materials should be available for download by 03/21/2003 and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by 3:00 pm, 04/16/2003. Faxed quotes are acceptable, but should be followed with originals by mail. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
