Description

SOL N/A (SYNOPSIS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY ? Solicitation document NOT available). The Government intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), a purchase order to Denison Consulting, for contractor support for pilot of the Multisource Feedback (MSF) process using the Denison Leadership development Survey. Anticipated period of performance will be four to six months. This requirement is a noncompetitive contract action to purchase contractor support for the MSF, which is based on a series of studies conducted over a 15-year period by Dr. Daniel Denison. The Denison Multisource Feedback process is proprietary and has been approved by DLA?s Corporate Board. The Denison Leadership Development Survey is a Balanced Scorecard metric (LG 2A-2).
