- Description
- NASA/GRC has a requirement for Test Equipment. All Items, except Item No. 3(calibration), shall be Name Brand or Equal. It shall be = noted that Hewlett Packared (HP) is now Agilent Technologies and the Brand = Names are used interchangeably. Salient Characteristics required by the Government have been listed under the individual Line Item Nos. Item 1. Qty-1 Hewlett Packard 4291B with Options 001, 012, 1D5 a. Unit shall be an Impedance / Material Analyzer with an operating frequency from 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz with a 1 mHz resolution and the same measurement capability as the specified name brand. b. Unit shall be capable of high temperature measurements (up to = 200=B0C) with options noted below.=20 c. Unit shall have a DC bias adjustment, (Option HP4291B-001, =B140V, =B1100ma) installed. d. Unit shall include a low impedance test head (Option HP4291B-012) installed. e. Unit shall include a high stability frequency reference (Option HP4291B-1D5) installed.=20 Item 2. Qty-1 Hewlett Packard Options HP4291B-002, 013, 014 for 4291B = (item 1). Although priced separately, these options shall be included with = item 1.=20 a. Unit shall include material measurement firmware (HP4291B-002) installed.=20 b. Unit shall include the High Temperature (-55=B0C to 200=B0C) High Z = Test Head (HP4291B-013) and fixture stand installed. c. Unit shall include the High Temperature (-55=B0C to 200=B0C) Low Z = Test Head (HP4291B-014) and fixture stand installed. Item 3. Qty-1 Calibration of Hewlett Packard 4291B (item 1) a. ANSI Z540 compliant calibration of Item 1 with options installed = shall be performed prior to delivery.=20 Item 4. Qty-1 Hewlett Packard 16190B - HP 7mm Performance Test Kit. a. Shall be used with Item 1 and options specified in line Item 2. Item 5. Qty-1 Hewlett Packard 16194A - High Temperature Component Test Fixture. a. Shall be used with Item 1 and options specified in line item 2. Item 6. Qty-1 Hewlett Packard 16453A - Dielectric Material Test = Fixture. a. Shall be used with Item 1 and options specified in line Item 2. 7. Hewlett Packard 16454A - Magnetic Material Tests Fixture. a. Shall be used with Item 1 and options specified in line item 2. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as = supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation = will not be issued. Offerors are required to use the On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 = and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing to = the identified point of contact no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, March 28, 2003. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible = for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and = amendments (if any). An ombudsman has been appointed - See NASA Specific Note "B".
