Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F1CRS130720100 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3663, NAICS Code 33422, small business size standard of 750 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, TC-150M Multi-Band Power Amplifier 30-512 MHz Frequency Coverage, Selectable Output Power, Supports Multiple ECCM Wave Forms, Full Function Remote Control Interface, Internal ?Bias T? Capability, DC Supplied Over Coax, AM-7175/URC Form Fit, DAMA Compliance, Internal Rx PreAmp (Operator Selectable) The TC-150M is a 150-WattMaximum Power Amplifier in the SATCOM uplink band and a 50-WattPower Amplifier in the LOS mode over the entire 30 to 512 MHz frequency range. The TC-150M Multi-BandPA is designed for continuous operation in a tactical environment: it is housed in a rugged, waterproof case and is capable of operation in vehicles, shelters, transit cases, racks or on the ground at the antenna base. The TC-150M Multi-BandPA requires only an RF connection, to standard Multi-Band and SATCOM R/Ts with a normal 10-wattRF output. ALC maintains the output to the selected level. The power amplifier is compliant with MIL-STD-188-181AMIL-STD-188-182A and MIL-STD-188-183A. DC Power may be selected to provide an output to operate a remote Rx Preamp taking the place of a legacy Standalone Bias ?T?. Line item 0002, Shipping/Administration/Consolidation Fees QTY 01 LS. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Equipment shall meet all established commercial warranty requirement. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A.
