Description

Recondition the existing aggregate surfaced roadways; by blading, shaping and compacting, to the lines and grades identified, approximately 17.6 miles of Forest Development Roads (FDR's) planned for resurfacing. Utilize the existing Government Furnished aggregate stockpile, est. 15,027 CY, from the Badger pit; to load, haul, and apply the specified depth of aggregate (2" to 4", loos depth) for the location(s) on the FDR's. Application shall include the aggregate processing and compaction efforts to result in a finished surface for each of the roads traveled way, shoulders and turnouts. Solicitation is Hubzone Set-Aside, commercial acquisition, best value will determine award.
