QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS; Q. Is this position a minimum 40-hour workweek? A. Yes (Use annual 2080 hours to assist with cost estimate) Q. Does the contractor need to possess a clearance? A. No. Q. The position calls for travel at least one week per month, where are the locations for travel? A. The locations vary. Locations include, but are not limited to Washington, DC, Albuquerque, NM, Boise, ID, Denver, CO and Tacoma, WA. Q. Does the government pick up the travel costs? A. Travel should be part of cost proposal; All travel will be in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) Q. Do you want the contractor to work on-site in Atlanta? A. This is negotiable, however the contractor will have to spend some orientation time in Atlanta. Q. For the cost proposal, are you seeking an hourly rate plus expenses or is there some other format you want to use? A. Your discretion with format used; be sure all cost included. Q. Do you want the contractor to already have extensive knowledge on the ADS system or will you provide training? A. Training will be provided, however the contractor must possess the knowledge and skill outline under ?Technical Requirements.? Q. Are you seeking only 1 person for this work? A. We are seeking one or two people maximum. Your decision on amount required to complete task. Q. Is this solicitation full and open competition? A. Yes Q. Is there an incumbent contractor? A. No
