Description

RFP# JC-RVI-2-03 for the operation of the Little Rock Job Corps Center located in Little Rock, Arkansas, will be available on the World Wide Web, Job Corps Acquisition Home Page, on or about April 3, 2003 at http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost-reimbursement plus incentive-fee for a 2-year base period of December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2005, plus three Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 175 residential students and 25 non-residential students; 100 males and 100 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at the Little Rock Job Corps Center, 2020 Vance St., Little Rock, AR 72206. There will be a tour of the facility following the pre-proposal conference. Upon entering the facility, participants are asked to report to the main lobby. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 PM local time, Monday, June 2, 2003 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency.
