This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F29651-03-Q00257 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 421720. The size standard for a small business under the NAICS code is 100 employees. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate. Delivery of services by: 30 days ADC. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88310. FOB Destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, evaluation of commercial items does not apply to this solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award.
