Applicable to: F100 Engine, F15/F16 Acft. NHA: Inlet Fan. Approx. Size 2.5" X 1" X .5" actuating arm, Linkage stator. Material Titanium. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Governments Required Delivery: 974 ea. 31 Dec 03 thru 30 Apr 04. Qualification Requirements apply, First Article Required for award other than OEM. The approximate close date will be 21 Apr 03. Complete data to manufacture this part is NOT AVAILABLE! Additionally, this part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and is NOT OWNED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. The reliability of this part is dependent upon establishing and maintaining effective process control; Quality cannot be inspected into this part. This item requires engineering source approval by the Design Control Activity in order to assure that prospective offerors are capable of establishing and maintaining effective process control. No telephone requests or fax request will be accepted. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns dealing with this requirement. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or the Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
