Description

NA The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center ? Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Greenline Services Corporation, at Post Office Box 7208, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22404-7208. The Contractor shall provide one (1) new agricultural farm styl e tractor, which is to be a commercially available, off-the-shelf vehicle with standard automotive/agricultural components and specifications. The tractor shall be wheeled or rubber tracked and have a shipping weight between 14,000 lb and 24,000 lbs. The tractor shall be capable of delivering a rated PTO horsepower of at least 150 hp, but not more than 180 hp. A creeper speed in reverse direction shall be required and shall be capable of driving the tractor at less than 0.25 mph (required), 0.15 mph (d esired) at full rated engine speed. The tractor shall be capable of sustaining a road speed of at least 15 mph. The gears and drives shall be automatic or power shifting or continuously variable such that manual clutch engagement is not required of the ope rator. The tractor shall be equipped with a rear end, category 2, and 3-point hitch. The hitch shall have a lift capacity of at least 12,000 lbs. 24? rearward of the attachment ball ends. The tractor shall have a standard agricultural power take off (PTO) shaft i n conjunction with the three-point hitch. The PTO shaft shall provide independent 540/1000 rpm operation with the tractor in gear or stationary. At least two closed center, remote hydraulic values with quick connect couplings shall be available on the rea r of the tractor with at least 25gpm flow @ 2700 psi. The tread or track spacing shall be set or adjustable such that the outer edges shall be less than 114?. The tractor, if wheeled, shall be capable of 2 and 4 wheel drive operation. The system shall be appropriately weighted and balanced as delivered and th e maximum attachment weight package shall be included in the delivery. Tires shall be pneumatic, radial agricultural tires. The tractor shall have an enclosed, air-conditioned operator?s cab. The tractor shall use diesel fuel. The tractor shall be supplied with two (2) operator?s manuals, two (2) parts books, and two (2) service manuals. Control and electrical schematics shall be included. The tractor is to be delivered at US Army Night Vision & Electronic Sensors Directorate, Property Officer Warehouse, Building 335, and 5961 Putnam Road Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5424. Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements?. However, all responsible sources that can provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the tractor requirements specified above may sub mit a quote that shall be considered by the Agency. Contractor is required to have a Duns number, Cage Code and to be registered within the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The resultant contract will be performed under an anticipated fixed price or der. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses should be no longer than one (1) page. Responses are to be received via email within 10 calendar days from the date of this notice.
