Description

NA Project Title: Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project, Napa, California. This procurement is 100% set-aside for firms under the 8A program. JOB DESCRIPTION: Work consists of excavation of marsh plain terrace and floodplain terrace in the east o verbank of the Napa River from Kennedy Park to Imola Avenue. A new levee, with drainage structures, will be constructed to replace the levee removed along the existing riverbank. Existing riverbank stone protection and concrete rubble will be removed. A pedestrian bridge will be constructed over the Old Tulocay Creek. Drainage swales will be excavated in the floodplain terrace. A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will be provided to the Contractor for implementation and maintenance. Asphalt recrea tion trails will be constructed on top of the levee. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS CODE: 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $28,500,000.00. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bid (IFB).
