- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command proposes to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to Juno Technologies on the 26 March 2003. SAMS 9.0 will be fielded to Navy Ships. This application is in WIN NT with an Oracle database. Installation on Navy ships requires that the application be hosted in the GotsDelta software environment to meet IT-21 and security specifications. GotsDelta is utilized at shore locations to provide commonality with afloat units as well as for security accreditation out-of-the-box. Juno Technologies Incorporated shall provide a SAMS Implementation Package for implementation of the software. The Implementation Package will provide a controlled and automated installation of the software aboard Navy ships using the Information Technology for the 21st Century (IT-21) infrastructure and in field units of the Marine Corp using the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) C4I and Marine Corps Common Hardware (MCCH) infrastructure. ************** Note 22
