Description

OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 12,000 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space, together with two parking spaces in Bakersfield, California. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,611 BOMA usable square feet Lease Term: 10 years, 8 firm Desired Occupancy Date: August 15, 2004 Area of consideration is Bakersfield, California, with the delineated area being: Columbus Street to the North, Union Avenue to the East, East Brundage Lane to the South Oswell Street to the West. Location of space to be offered must be in a commercial office district with attractive surroundings and with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Well-maintained streets and public sidewalks are required. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required.
