- **********The following replaces the previous synopsis, dated 11 March 2003: RFP SP0100-03-R-0087 is for the purchase of the following 4 NSNs of Cloth, Laminated: Item 1: NSN 8305-00-351-8345, Qty: 116,575 yds. Item 2: NSN 8305-00-405-2243, Qty: 1,790 yds. Item 3: NSN 8305-00-351-8347, Qty: 14,319 yds. Item 4: NSN 8305-00-351-8348, Qty: 25,864 yds. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement will incorporate Best Value Source Selection Procedures with Past Performance as the evaluation factor. Inspection and acceptance is at Origin. One 100% option is included. Eight deliveries to Albany, GA are required, commencing 135 days after date of award. Numbered Notes 1, 9, and 26 apply. Purchase history is as follows: Item 1: 86,668 yards last purchased 8/10/99 @ $1.96 per yard. Item 2: 12,000 yards last purchased 6/10/99 @ $1.962 per yard. Item 3: 37,389 yards last purchased 9/13/96 @ $1.89 per yard. Item 4: 7,000 yards last purchased 3/16/99 @ $1.93 per yard. The military specification for these items is A-A-55308 and can be accessed via the ASSIST website at http://assist2.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/. In the box entitled ?Document ID,? type the specification number exactly as it appears and click on Submit. Follow the instructions on each page. Click on the most recent edition of the specification. The specification will be in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
