- Road 3825 on the North Umpqua Ranger District, approximately 55-60 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon. Work consists of decommissioning or road 3825-005, 3825-006, 3825-008, and partial improvement and decommissioning of road 3825-010. Total decommissioning is 4.4 kilometers. Total improvement is 0.687 kilometers. Work to be performed is roadbed ripping and outsloping, fill removal excavation, removal of ditch relief culverts, and cross drain construction. This is a Request for Quotations; in addition to price quotes, offerors are required to complete a questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required. Technical questionnaire elements include past performance history, technical capability and descriptive site-specific technical approach. Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions.
