Description: A-U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Oxfordshire, England, to provide services to demonstrate assimilation product which blends SST retrievals from the POES and GOES Platforms. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquistion procedures. Reference EK-3-141.
